Cream or Bamboo Lemongrass Foaming Body Scrub. This
is followed by a relaxtion massage. ReikiReiki means “Universal Life Force Energy”. It is
a method of natural healing based on the application
of this Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is an non-intrusive,
non-invasive hands-on healing process which removes energy
blockages and aligns the energy of your mental, emotional,
physical and spiritual bodies. Craniosacral TherapyCraniosacral Therapy is a gentle method of detection
and correction that encourages your own natural healing
mechanisms to dissipate these negative effects of stress
on your central nervous system. The Craniosacral system
consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that
surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It extends
from the bones of skull, face and mouth, which make
up the cranium, down to the sacrum, or tailbone area.
The Craniosacral Therapy practitioner uses a light touch
(generally
no more than the weight of a nickel) to test for restrictions
in the Craniosacral system. This is done by monitoring
the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid as it flows through
the system.
